Welcome to the Cedral 2024 Roofing Championship Promotion Points Redemption Page. To redeem points for a recent slate installation, please fill out the form below with the necessary information.

The following information on the POD should be clearly visible:

  • Eircode (of if relevant Postcode) of the property to which Qualifying Slates were delivered for installation
  • Product Name of Qualifying Slates delivered
  • Quantity of Qualifying Slates delivered
  • Date of Delivery
  • Name and Address of Merchant from where slates were purchased.
  • Any other details should be blacked out before it is uploaded

PLEASE NOTE: PROOF OF DELIVERY MUST NOT DISPLAY COST PRICE. If pricing is visible on an uploaded POD, it will be immediately deleted and you will be asked to resubmit.

The only information we need to be able to see on the Proof of Delivery is the date, the type and quantity of our fibre cement slates, the name and address of the merchant and the Eircode or Postcode of the property where the fibre cement slates were installed. We do not need, and you must not send us (i.e. you must black out), any personal information relating to anybody who owns or lives in the property. If this type of personal information is visible ( eg. name/s and/or contact details of the owner or occupier of the building on which the Qualifying Slates were installed or of any person other than the merchant or the roofer) is visible, the POD will be immediately deleted. Participants will be notified by email if this occurs.

By submitting the below information you are confirming that the Qualifying Slates referred to in the POD were installed by your business at the address represented by the Eircode/Postcode on the POD within the promotion period (1st April, 2024 to 1st December, 2024).
