Project description
The Salt Lodge at Troon Yacht Haven, Ayrshire, Scotland, is a stunning collection of Scandinavian and Scottish design influenced waterfront suites.
The Salt Lodge will offer a new option for visitors to the Ayrshire region with its stylish, comfortable and flexible waterside accommodation suiting families, golfers, visiting boaters and working professionals.
Cedral Click fibre cement cladding was installed in ocean colours that echo Scandinavian timber homes and traditional Scottish boathouses.
Internally, the one and two bedroom suites feature a contemporary living space and a terrace or balcony overlooking the vibrant marina and out over the Firth of Clyde coast.
Stephen Bennie, Director of Troon Tacht Haven, said "We used Cedral because we were fed up having to repaint the wood cladding on the existing building. Cedral fibre cement facades offered a low maintenance alternative with a good range of colours which complemented our Scottish-Scandi design."
