Project description
The new property, in the coastal town in Pembrokeshire, is approximately 380m2 and has been built overlooking the harbour of lower Fishguard with stunning views that span across the Irish Sea. The property is a modern two-storey house, which has been clad in Cedral Click to produce a contemporary finish to the coastal home. The timber frame property, situated in a coastal location, required a product that could stand up against the elements and Cedral was ideal as it is rot resistant and requires little maintenance. Cedral Click was fitted in a horizontal style in colour Platinum Grey, with matching trims used on the window frames. The finished result is an extremely modern, clean and sharp looking property that complements its seaside location.
